Services I Provide & My Target Audience
I provide professional, certified fitness training programs, and I primarily target two niches:
1. Serious Athletes
2. Clients of an Age
Below is a list of some specific services that I offer during sessions and consultations. In our initial consultation, we will decide which service(s) fit your needs best and I will tailor a training program that will best help you achieve your goals

Functional Strength Training
Feel Stronger & More Efficient
Improved maximal strength, being able to do pull-ups, prevent injury, being able to carry groceries into the car, strength maintenance. Proper form & guidance, a spotter, and a motivator will be provided

Cardiovascular Training & Conditioning (Including Running-Specific Training!)
Get Your Heart Rate Up!
Helps with weight loss, being able to think more clearly, improving your mood, and improving heart health. I provide high intensity interval training (HIIT) and low intensity steady state (LISS) training programs.

I also provide running specific training plans, particularly geared toward those who have running specific goals (e.g. completing a half marathon for the first time, running a 10k without stopping, couch to 5k, and so forth) or who hope to improve their conditioning & endurance for a specific sport.

Athletic-Based Training
Get Speedy & Athletic OR Prepare Yourself for Life!
These programs are designed to help prospective clients improve athleticism, coordination, athletic-specific skills, speed, power, agility, balance, and/or quickness. I have written out programs such as these for BOTH athletes AND non-athletes. Athletes will be able to adapt to sport-specific demands, while nonathletes (particularly clients of an age) will be able to reduce the risk of falls. ​

NOTE: This is NOT conditioning-based training. These are skills. whether that's getting faster on the field or being able to hold your balance so that you don't get hurt.
Manual Labor Services

Rates of charge will vary depending on the nature of the beast or situation. Will only be used in dire circumstances, when I am available for help, and when the nature of the beast prevents you from being able to do on your own and you need help!​
