Outside of training, Christian enjoys lifting weights, long walks, running races, hiking, rock climbing, and playing basketball. This online course is an extension of Christian's first personal training course through NASM, which has covered fueling concepts such as the distinction between micronutrients and macronutrients, proper supplementation, hydration, nutrient timing, proper programming, and several others. This course is mainly geared towards athletes in mind.

Christian obtained his Personal Training Certification through NASM's CPT program, at first to get a job as a personal trainer at his University's gym and then to other facilities in the local area. The course covered several concepts such as how to program workouts for various aspects of fitness including but not limited to strength training, cardiovascular training, SAQ training, flexibility, and several others. Christian has been taking continuining education courses through NASM every two years to renew his certification and to futher educate himself as a trainer.

Christian took this online business course to learn and practice how to get prospective clients started on a workout programming. Topics covered included budgeting, rapport-building with clients, problem identification and building, objection handling, and how to implement and provide a solution for clients' needs.

Through these in-person courses, Christian has learned and mastered all of the essentials of basic CPR and First Aid and renews his certification at least every two years. Tests are admininstered on site and are taken agaib at least every two years for recertification

Christian graduated from the University of Mary Washington in July of 2024 Cum Laude with a major in Psychological Science and a minor in Contemplative Studies. During his time there, he was also a member of the Varsity Cross Country team and the Track and Field teams.
