Here is a Common List of Questions that I Often Receive as a Trainer

​Q1: How long will it take for me to see results?

A1: This will depend on how committed you are to your training plan, but generally my committed clients begin to notice sigificant results between 4 and 12 weeks. Noticable results are usually apparent after a few months of consistent work.

Q2: What classifies as "success"?

A2: For sure weight loss, improved flexibility, improved muscle strength, and improved muscle tone are very visible results from training. However, psychological factors can be indicators of success too, such as having more energy throughout the day, feeling less stressed, feeling more content with ones self, and an increased ability to carry out daily tasks.
