Which Sort of Clients Do I Work With?
I have worked successfully with a numerous amount of clients over the past few years with varying needs. While I am probably most well-known as a runner and as an athlete, I have successfully helped other types of clients as well! Listed below are the groups of clients whom I have worked with successfully ((NOTE: I do NOT determine my clients based on their age; exercise is for anyone who needs help getting a training program incorporated into their lifestyles, and many of these clients tend to fall into multiple categories!)

The Average "Joe/Jane"
You do not have to be a high-level athlete in order to get started on one of my programs, nor do you have to be that person who has neglected their health after several years and now has been told by their doctor that they "need" to start working out! I am here to help you build that habit, even as an ordinary, generally healthy person so that you stay that way long-term!

Clients "Of An Age"
As we get older, it becomes more and more important that we incorporate strength training and flexibility into our routines so that we remain injury free and ensure that we don't lose muscle mass and in order to prevent or ease chronic health conditions, another consequence of getting older. I am here to keep you on track and accountable for that!

Children & Teenagers
I first discovered strength training at the age of 12, and free weights at the age of 15. As this population is going through rapid physical development and growth, I make modifications for this population in a way that provides them with the physical benefits that they need to grow strong while also ensuring safe physical development. A main focus for this group is learing not necessarily to become a great athlete but on how to make exercise part of their everyday lifestyles.

Team Sport Athletes
Programs for this group will focus on sport-specific exercises including calisthenics, free weights, olympic lifts, plyometrics, jumping exercises, and resistance training. I also offer balance and footwork training to prevent the risk of falls and injuries during athletic activity. Upon request and depending on limitations, I also offer specific fitness goals (e.g.: improving speed or max vertical jump). Assessments will most likely be done at the start and end of each program.Suitable to athletes of any age and may be done either 1-on-1 or in small groups.

Clients With Chronic Health Conditions
I have experience working & maintaining relationships with clients who have specific conditions, such as spinal injuries, osteoporosis, and arthritis. Acknowledgement of condiitons, as well, as slow tempo exercises, are important for a population such as this.

Clients With Chronic Health Conditions
As someone, who has specifically struggled with ADHD and OCD, and having not given a formal diagnosis until adulthood, I know what it is like to struggle to fit into the "neurotypical world". If you feel as though you can relate to this, you are in good hands services are geared to help those who's brain patterns also don't fully allow them to fit into the regular world.

Those recovering from TBIs
Although not a personally relatable experience, I have worked with and have also been able to help those who have suffered traumatic brain injuries and incorporate exercise programs into their lifestyles successfully! Programs for these individuals will likely be very simple in nature and focus on aspects of training such as balance and a careful eye.

Former or Retired Athletes
Having been a competitive athlete myself in high school and college and stepping into the adult world, I can understand how it might be difficult finding the time and motivation to get onto an exercise routine while not attributing it so closely to competitive sports and/or athletics. I can also understand the innate desire to get back onto a program after having been out of it after a while. I am here to help you navigate that process as well as help you achieve your goals, while also allowing you to set realistic expectations for yourself! from struggling to find the time on top of a demanding work schedule, or perhaps going through several life changes (getting married, raising young kids and having difficulty finding the time with that, etc.),

Busy Adults
A lot of people have come to me who have struggled finding the time to workout, perhaps because of trying to manage a demanding work schedule, raising young kids, going through several life changes (getting married, going through break-ups, job transitions, etc.), or maybe even all of the above! Sounds pretty stressful, doesn't it? And we may all understand that getting enough exercise during the day helps us relieve that stress, but it can feel impossible to actually do all on our own on top of everything else. For that reason, I am here to help you through all of that simply by allowing you that window of time for yourself to relieve that everyday stress and to get that workout in so you can be healthy long-term!
